Programs & Services

The Bullhead City NAVRC opened in October, 2013, to serve the entire Mohave County.

NAVRC is an organization that dedicates itself to addressing the homeless issue in Mohave County - an area larger than the state of Maryland and the greater Laughlin area. Currently NAVRC operates a federal program called the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF). NAVRC’s mission is assisting low income veterans with housing needs, specifically by providing temporary financial assistance to homeless veterans needing permanent housing, as well as, providing those same funds to veterans who are facing homelessness.

Since its opening in 2013, NAVRC has assisted hundreds of veterans and their families with overwhelming support from the City of Bullhead City, Kingman and Lake Havasu, which includes local veterans’ organizations, Mohave County community agencies, The Salvation Army, and many other local nonprofit organizations and churches.
